Title: Perfect for Family Stay!
My wife says that it would have been even better if there had been a small play area or games room within the guest house for the children.

guest house preslav, perfect location near restaurants, old nessebar, and beach. accommodating owners, late check-in, allowed to pay in the morning. clean room, comfortable beds, amazing shower. view from balcony is stunning, owner helpful and kind.

The owner lady is so hospitable and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. She provided us with a hairdryer and extra blankets when we arrived late at night. Despite the language barrier, she made an effort to communicate with us and always had a smile on her face. the room was spacious with a balcony, which would be perfect during the summer. the location is ideal for those looking for a comfortable room close to the beach. the shower had amazing water pressure. the experience was worth more than the money.
Felt incredibly at home, with nothing too much trouble.

I had a wonderful stay at Guest House Preslav in Nesebar. It was easy to find the place, and a kind girl staying there helped us find a parking spot. Our room on the 5th floor had a beautiful view, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. the hotel is conveniently located near a great restaurant called Alexander, as well as other shops and a market. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Old Town, which was a pleasant stroll. the hotel was quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.

The location of the guesthouse is ideal, as it is near the city centre and within walking distance of one of the beautiful beaches in the area. The rooms are spacious, with clean bathrooms and some even have balconies with amazing views. The friendly and hospitable owner provides amenities such as towels, bed linen, a water boiler, fridge, and TV. Additionally, the guesthouse offers a delicious and affordable breakfast for guests to enjoy.
The lack of an elevator may be inconvenient for some guests, especially those with mobility issues.
